What is covered in my warranty?

The following are not covered by the warranty:

 

1. Defect caused by mishandling (blunt force, dent, broken outer shell, dropped, contact with fire or water)

2. Damage or malfunction caused by using Ploom X Advanced with non-compatible sticks and accessories

3. Damage caused by an attempt to open, repair, or modify the device by a non-authroized service provider

4. Cosmetic damage, such as scratches, dents, etc.

5. Damage or malfunction caused by improper use of the device as described in the Ploom user guide
