My device is heating up, is this normal?
While in use, your Ploom device will warm a little in your hand as the advanced Smart HeatFlow™ technology heats your tobacco stick.
You can enjoy up to three consecutive Ploom sessions, in which case, the device will become progressively warmer. Removing the back cover will help it to cool down more quickly.
If your device isn't currently in use but still seems to be heating up, you may have activated it by accident, in your bag or pocket.
