I have inserted a stick but nothing is happening, what do I do?

If the device is not heating automatically, with vibration and a flashing LED, the Auto-Start function may not have detected the new stick. This can either be because you may have inserted the stick too quickly, or not within 10 seconds of activating your device. Remove the stick and try again.

 You can also begin a session without using Auto-Start. To use Ploom AURA without its Auto-Start function, press and hold the button area, just below the LED line, for about a second. You'll feel one long vibration and see a blinking LED light, indicating that your device has started heating.
