How do I clean my Ploom AURA?

Your EVO for Ploom sticks include innovative CleanSeal technology, a sophisticated barrier that delivers an even cleaner Ploom experience by preventing loose tobacco from falling into your device.

 However, your device will still gather some dust and dirt, so we recommend cleaning it once a month, or when you feel the oven is too tight to correctly insert a heated tobacco stick. Ploom cleaning sticks are a handy accessory to help you do this. Here's how it's done:

 1. Remove the front panel.

 2. Slightly moisten a cleaning stick with water.

 3. With the slider open, insert the stick into the heating chamber and gently scrub the inner surface. Pay particular attention to the areas around the slider and the two protruding parts just down from the top edge of the heating chamber.

 4. To finish off, replace the front panel and remove the remaining moisture from the heating chamber: open the slider to start a new usage session, then press and hold the button until your device vibrates and the LED pulses.

 5. Wait until the end of the session for the moisture to evaporate. Be sure not to skip this important step, to avoid hot steam causing any unpleasant sensations.
