PLOOM AURA MIX KITS TERMS & CONDITIONS

The Ploom Aura Mix Kit Offers, as described in Annex A (the “Offer”), is open to legal-age users who are at least eighteen (18) years old at the time of participation, reside in the Philippines, and would otherwise continue using tobacco- or nicotine-containing products (the “Customer”).

ANNEX A: MECHANICS

1. Specific Terms of the Offer

Purchase a Ploom Aura device and four (4) packs of EVO for Ploom heated tobacco sticks for ₱1,490.00 and receive a free ₱400 voucher. The voucher is valid for one (1) year from date of redemption.

2. Duration of the Offer and Where to Avail

a) The Offer period is from August 5, 2026 to August 2, 2027.

b) Customer can avail this introductory offer only once during the promo period.

c) The Offer can be availed at or through the following:

Ploom Partners are select partner establishment branches that are authorized to distribute JTIPH products. Ploom Partner locations are listed in Annex B.

d) Customers must be at least 18 years of age and must log in to their http://ploom.ph account to check if they are eligible for the Offer. Ploom Store Sales Experts or Staff, Ploom Ambassadors and Ploom Consumer Activation Specialists can also check the Customer's profile to see if the Customer is eligible for the Offer.

e) JTIPH and/or its authorized representative will verify the identity and age of each Customer. Customers who fail to pass the age verification procedure shall be informed that they are not eligible to avail of the Offer

f) To avail of the offer via PandaMart, the customer must log in to their PandaMart account and successfully complete the mandatory age-verification process (confirming they are 18 years of age or older) prior to purchasing any tobacco or nicotine products.

3. How to Redeem the ₱400 Voucher

Log in or register at ploom.ph, complete the age verification, and enter the voucher code before checking out. The voucher is valid for one (1) year from date of redemption.

GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Customers who use multiple ploom.ph accounts to participate in the Offer shall be disqualified. JTIPH reserves the right to disqualify any Customer proven to have engaged in fraudulent activities or other irregularities in connection with the Offer.

2. JTIPH reserves the right to hold, suspend, or block a Customer’s ploom.ph account upon determining that the Customer has engaged in any fraudulent or unlawful activity related to the use of the account.

3. This Program material shall only be distributed and/or posted within Point-of-Sale Premises as this term is defined under, and/or in closed, age-gated digital platforms according to the terms of, the TRA and the Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act. Tobacco products are not for sale / distribution to minors.
