Getting started with Ploom AURA is simple. Fully charge your device before first use. A full charge is indicated by ten LED pulses and a gentle vibration.

Once charged, it's ready for use. Open the top slider and insert your EVO stick. With its intuitive Auto-Start function, the device will begin heating automatically. Wait until the device vibrates twice and the LED is fully lit up.


For the best experience, we recommend taking slow puffs of 2-3 seconds. Enjoy unlimited puffs for up to 5 minutes per session.
