Ploom Club eVouchers Terms and Conditions

PROGRAM START: November 1, 2025

PROGRAM CONCEPT

The Ploom.ph Ploom Club Platform will have a Rewards Program where successfully registered, activated, and verified JTIP trade partners can use their earned points to redeem instant rewards, i.e., e-vouchers from the Ploom Club Rewards Catalog.

I. ELIGIBILITY; GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. Ploom Club eVoucher Rewards Program (“Program”) is open exclusively to all verified Ploom Club members who are at least eighteen (18) years of age. Participation is limited to individuals who are residents of the Philippines and have successfully registered, verified, and activated their Ploom Club membership through the official platform or authorized representatives of JT International (Philippines), Inc. (“JTIP”).
  2. Employees of JTIP, its affiliates, distributors, third-party vendors, service providers, sponsors of the Promo (referred to collectively as Organizers), and their relatives up to 4th degree of consanguinity or affinity are disqualified from joining.
  3. By joining and participating in the Program, those qualified and interested to join the Program (Program Participants) hereby confirm, agree, and acknowledge that:
    1. Program Participants have read the full mechanics of this Program and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the same;
    2. For the purpose of running the Program, JTIP is permitted to receive and process the Program Participants’ registration data and use all personal data supplied by the Program Participant in accordance with its privacy policy, and JITP has lawful basis to process such personal data of the Program Participants;
    3. Organizers of the Program have the right to identify Program Participant as a participant or a winner in the Program and communicate the same at any time, in any territory in the Philippines and through any medium of release (including digital and social media platforms, where allowed by applicable law) in accordance with promotional communication standards under Republic Act No. 11900 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations;
    4. Program Participants shall hold Organizers of the Program free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by them, or other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with their participation in this Program as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Program, to the extent permitted by law;.
    5. Organizers of the Program may, where such processing is based on the legitimate interests of the Organizers or on the basis of other lawful criteria, and without further compensation to the Program Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available, and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information supplied by such Program Participant regarding this Program, by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether for marketing, promotional, commercial or other lawful purposes, and within any territory in the Philippines (including those using digital and social media platforms, where allowed by applicable law); and (b) authorize any of the above activities; and
    6. Organizers of the Program shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction, and/or adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this Program.
  4. The Program will be available starting November 1, 2025. JTIP reserves the right to change and/or withdraw the Program as business exigencies require.
  5. Joining the Program is not mandatory. Registered Ploom Club Members may choose not to participate in the Program
  6. JTIP reserves the right to modify, or change the mechanics of the Program in accordance with the requirements under applicable laws. Any such change shall be communicated to the Registered Ploom Club Member by posting announcements in the Website and/or through other suitable means at ’s sole and reasonable discretion.
  7. Program Participants who use multiple registration accounts shall automatically be disqualified. JTIP reserves the right to validate the Registered Ploom Club Member’s eligibility status at any time, and to suspend, block, and/or ban a participant’s account should there be a well-founded belief, as shown by evidence, that there are irregularities in, and/or has been a fraudulent use and/or abuse of the participant’s account by any means including those done through deceit or similar machinations.
  8. During the Promo Period, JTIP reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program should there be any event of cheating, fraud, security or data breach (or threatened breach), violation of applicable laws or regulations, or an event considered as force majeure (such as, but not limited to, acts of God, technical issues, pandemic, civil unrest, coup d’etat or military takeover, and/or any events which are beyond the reasonable control of JTIP). Any change in the Program shall be communicated to the Activated Outlets as soon as reasonably possible, and as required by law.

II. PROGRAM MECHANICS

  1. Verified Ploom Club Members will need to earn Ploom Club Points to be eligible to participate in the Program. Ploom Club Points can be earned by achieving specific business targets that will be set by JTIP for the Ploom Club Member.

  3. Points may also be awarded through special promotions, including but not limited to LEPs, subject to the specific mechanics of each promotion.

III. How to REDEEM REWARDS?

  1. Earned Ploom Club points will allow consumers to redeem instant rewards from the Ploom Club Rewards Catalog that can be found on the Ploom Club website.
  2. Earned points may be instantly exchanged for an e-voucher corresponding to the value of the AVAILABLE e-voucher in the Ploom Club Rewards Catalog. Benefits accrue to the consumer only upon redemption of the points.
  3. Program Participants can choose from the available e-voucher** selections found in the Ploom Club page on the Ploom.ph website:
  4. Selected merchants are from the Pluxee and Giftaway. Digital vouchers are powered and redeemable through Pluxee and Giftaway and are subject to availability.
**Availability of existing vouchers and e-vouchers may change from time to time during the Program period. Changes will be communicated in the Ploom.ph website.
  1. Upon redeeming the desired rewards/e-voucher, a registered Ploom Club Member will receive an email from Pluxee or Giftaway. All e-vouchers are subject to Pluxee, Giftaway and its participating merchants’ Terms and Conditions. Depending on which vendor has the voucher for the selected merchant.   2. Once points are used/redeemed, these will be deducted from the Activated Ploom Club members total Ploom Club points and can no longer be refunded.
  3. Upon Program Participants’ receipt of corresponding Pluxee or Giftaway voucher/s via email, the e-voucher/reward is considered claimed. JTIP is no longer liable for Pluxee or Giftaway voucher/s sent out. Program Participant may only trigger dispensing the Pluxee or Giftaway voucher/s won at the start of the Program Period.
  4. All rewards and rewards notifications will be sent to Ploom Club member’s registered email, which mobile number is presumed to be valid and correct unless JTIP is otherwise advised in writing. Should the Ploom Club member change his/her mobile number during the Program Period, he/she must update his/her registration details under “My Profile” of the Website. It is the Ploom Club member’s obligation to keep his/her registered email updated at all times. JTIP assumes no responsibility for rewards that are disbursed to registered mobile numbers in its database.
  5. This Program is run on an "As-Is" and "As-Available" basis and JTIP gives no warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise including warranties or representations that the materials found in the Website will be complete, accurate, reliable, timely, non-infringing to third parties; that access to the links found therein, will be uninterrupted, error-free, and/or secure; or that any opinion obtained from links found in the Website is accurate or to be relied upon. Where applicable, rewards will be supplied with standard manufacturer’s / dealer’s warranties only. JTIP shall not be responsible for any warranty claims over the rewards.
  6. All points and rewards of the Program are non-transferrable nor convertible to cash or other items.

IV. OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS

  1. By joining the Program, each Program Participant agrees to provide JTIP, its authorized representatives, and third-party service providers contracted to run this Program with sensitive personal information such as his/her name, birth date, gender, and email address to determine identity, capacity, and eligibility to participate in the Program. JTIP shall process the personal data provided, when the Program Participant has given consent for JTIP, or when such processing is required or authorized by law to:.
    1. communicate with him/her, to the extent allowed by applicable laws and through all means (phone call, SMS, email, mail, social media and/or any digital platform), any communication relating to JTIP's tobacco business including but not limited to new products / brands, marketing activities including direct marketing and interest-based/personalized advertising (in JTIP's, its affiliates’ or third-party owned/managed age-gated, adult-only channels), events, partner establishments, partner designated smoking areas, and/or updates on regulations relating to tobacco sale, distribution, use, and/or advertising/Program;
    2. contact him/her to participate in research / surveys regarding his/her experience in using JTIP's brands;
    3. analyze personal information provided via web analytics, due diligence, or any similar means in order to communicate with, and reach him/her in a more personal and specific manner;
    4. anonymize personal information for statistical and product study purposes;
    5. use and store his/her personal information so JTIP can validate his/her age, contact him/her, and comply with applicable law and its internal policies and procedures. Personal information shall be stored at a secure cloud storage in the Philippines, Asia Pacific, or within the European Union. JTIP will store the personal information for a period five (5) years from date of registration unless the Program Participant gives consent by continuously using the services of the Website. After this retention period, the personal information will be destroyed by JTIP and/or its third-party service provider;
    6. allow him/her to exercise any of the rights as data subject under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and contact JTIP directly at DLdpo_ph@jti.com;
    7. conduct face-to-face or remote age verification (through presentation of a government-issued bearing your photo and date of birth) for the purpose of determining his/her eligibility to participate in, and for any other lawful purpose connected to the Program and JTIP's brands.
    8. use his/her photo captured during events as part of the brand's internal documentation, for Program, and any other lawful commercial purposes; and
    9. disclose his/her personal information to authorities (only when required by law), JTIP's affiliates for the purpose of conducting the above for its own or related purpose/s, and/or JTIP's third party service providers to accomplish the purposes stated above. JTIP will not share your personal information to the said third parties for any other purpose other than the purposes above mentioned.
    Upon reasonable request, each participant may exercise any of his rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012 and its Implementing Rules and Regulations, including the right to request for access to personal information shared, to correct inaccurate information, and/or to delete personal information through email at DLdpo_ph@jti.com.
  2. All decisions of JTIP and/or its third-party service providers regarding the interpretation or implementation of these mechanics are final and unappealable.
  3. By joining the Program, each Program Participant confirms that:
    1. he/she is an existing adult trade partner residing in the Philippines aged 18 years old or above;
    2. he/she has read and understood the mechanics of the Program; and
    3. he/she agrees to be bound and to abide by the mechanics of this Program.
  4. Each Program Participant assumes all risks, threatened or otherwise, associated with joining this Program. For this purpose, and to the extent permitted by law, each Program Participant holds JTIP, its affiliates, employees, and third-party service providers free and harmless from any kind of liability, claims for losses, damages, or injury (including indirect, consequential, special, or those relating to opportunity losses, or loss of income), and/or damages that he/she may suffer in connection with the Program.
  5. Except as otherwise expressly provided, JTIP shall not shoulder any costs, expenses, taxes, and fees of any kind related to the implementation of this Program.
  6. This Program is being conducted pursuant to Republic Act No. 11900, otherwise known as the Vaporized Nicotine and Non-Nicotine Products Regulation Act and its Implementing Rules and Regulations (IRR ) and other applicable laws.
  7. This Program material shall only be distributed and/or posted within Point-of-Sale Premises as this term is defined under, and/or in closed, age-gated digital platforms according to the terms of applicable laws. Tobacco products are not for sale / distribution to minors.

TERMS OF USE

  • • The Pluxee Gift code is valid for use at all Pluxee partner merchants.
  • • It is not convertible to cash.

  • • There is no limit to the number of Pluxee Gift codes you can use per transaction
  • • The amount should be fully consumed in one transaction. No change or "sukli" will be provided if the total amount of the gift codes are not consumed.

GIFT AWAY
TERMS OF USE:

  • • Each eGift has a unique code that corresponds to an amount or item.
  • • To use the eGift at the store, the code must be given by the recipient to the store manager for validation.
  • • The recipient must wait for the store manager to finish the validation process
  • • The store manager will receive a validation response indicating the eGift amount and validity.
  • • The store manager will follow only what is indicated in the validation response.
  • • The recipient is responsible for the safekeeping of the eGift code.
  • • The recipient must only give this to the store manager once he/she commits to use it at the store.
  • • In the event that the store's eGift validation system is offline or unavailable, the store manager shall politely decline to accept the eGift. The recipient may still use the eGift when the system is back online.
  • • The eGift may not be valid for use on certain promotional items/services and it cannot be exchanged for cash.
  • • The eGift is for one-time use only. If the total value of eGift is not used up, there will be no cash change given.
  • • If the purchase goes beyond the eGift amount, the recipient is to pay for the difference.
  • • The eGift is a voucher to avail a discount off a good or service.
  • • Multiple eGift codes may be used per transaction.
