I. WHO CAN AVAIL
1. The promo is open to all verified Ploom Club Members with registered Ploom device/s residing in the Philippines.
2. To avail of the offer, members must present the following:
a. Proof of verified membership (e.g., email confirmation or Ploom Club dashboard/profile screenshot);
b. Registered device serial number; and
c. One (1) valid government-issued ID.
3. Offers are non-transferable and can only be availed by the verified account holder.

III. HOW TO REDEEM
1. Member must present a verified Ploom Club membership with a registered device at the time of purchase or appointment.
2. Member must meet the minimum purchase or spend requirement of the participating Brand Partner.
3. Brand Partner staff will validate the member’s status via profile view or email confirmation.
4. Offers are valid only for verified account holders and cannot be transferred.
5. Discounts and perks cannot be used in conjunction with other ongoing promotions or discounts, unless otherwise stated by the Brand Partner
IV. TERMS AND CONDITIONS
1. Offers are valid only for verified Ploom Club Members with registered devices.
2. All offers are non-transferable and may be subject to change without prior notice.

4. Ploom and the respective Brand Partners reserve the right to verify eligibility and to modify or terminate the offers at any time without prior notice.
5. In case of disputes, the decision of JT International (Philippines) Inc., and eNAV Management Services Inc., and the concerned Brand Partner, shall be final.
