This exclusive service is complimentary for all Ploom device owners—and there’s no limit to how many panels you can customize. Just bring your device and start personalizing front panels that reflect your unique style.

Personalization Guidelines:

1. Character limit: Up to 4 characters

2. Font style: Choose from Montserrat, Krona One, or Circular XX

3. Font size: Optimized between 14-16 pts for a balanced look

4. Placement: One-line layout, engraved at the bottom-center of the panel

IMPORTANT: The name must be a proper name and should not include any word or expression that could be seen as appealing to young audiences or encouraging the initiation of product use.
