PROGRAM CONCEPT

Ploom April Promo is a limited time offer where consumers can receive a free pack whenever they buy five packs of the same flavor.

I. GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. The Ploom April Promo is open only to existing adult smokers residing in Metro Manila who are at least eighteen (18) years of age at the time of joining and are successfully registered, verified, and activated by JT International (Philippines) Inc.’s (JTIP) authorized representative as participating smokers of Ploom.ph. (Program Participants).

2. By joining and participating in the Program, those qualified and interested to join the Program (Program Participants) hereby confirm, agree, and acknowledge that:

a. Program Participants have read the full mechanics of this Program and agree to abide by the terms and conditions of the same

b. JTIP is permitted to receive the Program Participants’ registration data and all personal information supplied by the Program Participant will be used by JTIP in accordance with its privacy policy, for the purpose of running the Program, and other marketing activities;

c. Organizers of the Program have the right to identify Program Participant as a participant or a winner in the Program and communicate the same at any time, in any territory in the Philippines and through any medium of release (including digital and social media platforms, where allowed by applicable law);

d. Program Participants shall hold Organizers of the Program free and harmless from any and all claims, suits and actions for damages or liabilities that may be brought by them, or other persons, natural or juridical, in connection with their participation in this Program as well as the statements and declarations made by participant in relation to the Program;

e. Organizers of the Program may, without further compensation to Program Participant: (a) reproduce, distribute, adapt, modify, make available, and/or communicate to the public, exhibit, or broadcast any material or information supplied by such Program Participant regarding this Program, by any means or media without restriction of any kind as to quantity, purpose or time, whether commercial or otherwise, or to any territory in the Philippines (including those using digital and social media platforms, where allowed by applicable law); and (b) authorize any of the above activities; and

f. Organizers of the Program shall not be liable for any unauthorized use, reproduction, and/or adaptations by third parties of any material or information regarding this Program

3. The Program will be available starting April 03, 2026 until April 16, 2026. JTIP reserves the right to change and/or withdraw the Program as business exigencies require.

4. The Program is not valid in conjunction with other on-going promotions on the website (Ploom.ph).

5. JTIP reserves the right to modify or change the mechanics of the Program. Any such change shall be communicated to the consumers by posting announcements on the Website and/or through other suitable means at JTIP’s sole and reasonable discretion.

6. Program Participants who use multiple registration accounts shall automatically be disqualified. JTIP reserves the right to validate the participant’s eligibility status at any time, and to suspend, block, and/or ban a participant’s account should there be a well-founded belief, as shown by evidence, that there are irregularities in, and/or has been a fraudulent use and/or abuse of the participant’s account by any means including those done through deceit or similar machinations.

7. JTIP reserves the right to amend or cancel the Program without notice should there be any event of cheating, fraud, security or data breach (or threatened breach), violation of applicable laws or regulations, or an event considered as force majeure (such as, but not limited to, acts of God, technical issues, pandemic, civil unrest, coup d’etat or military takeover, and/or any events which are beyond the reasonable control of JTIP). Any change in the Program shall be communicated to the Activated Outlets as soon as reasonably possible.

8. The Program is administered by eNAV Marketing Solution Inc. (eNAV), an authorized distributor of JT International (Philippines) Inc. products.

II. PROGRAM MECHANICS

1. The Ploom April Promo is only available to registered and fully verified Ploom customers.

2. Get a free pack whenever you buy five Mevius for Ploom packs of the same flavor.

3. The promo is only valid from April 03, 2026, to April 16, 2026.

4. Delivery areas are limited to Metro Manila only.
