How to dispose of Mevius for Ploom sticks?
Your Mevius for Ploom stick will be hot at the end of your session, so we recommend placing your used sticks in a heat-resistant tray until they have cooled and you are ready to dispose of them in the trash. Mevius for Ploom sticks are not reusable.
Do Mevius for Ploom sticks have an expiration date?
There's no expiration date for Mevius for Ploom sticks. However, even though there's no use-by date, we recommend that you use your sticks soon after you open them. That way you'll get to enjoy the optimum taste experience and aroma. Check the first 4 characters of the serial number found at the bottom of your pack.
How do I know the manufacture and expiry date of my Ploom sticks?
- Step 1: Download the Cognex Barcode Scanners App on App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android).
Step 2: Check the bottom of your Ploom sticks pack and scan the QR Code via the Cognex Barcode App.
Step 3: Once scanned, a code (alphanumeric) will appear on your screen.
Step 4: Refer to the last digits for the manufacture date format: YY/MM/DDXX
Step 5: To know the expiry date, count 18 months from the manufacture date.
Example:
- Manufacture Date: 2024 November 11
- Expiry Date: (Manufacture Date + 18 months) 2026 May 11
